Offshore wind power plants are becoming a realistic option for the renewable production of electricity. As an improvement tool to profitability OWFs, this work presents first complete non-genetic (and non-binary) evolutionary algorithm optimize location, size and layout parallelogram-shaped offshore farm, as arrangement that is standard farms.
